WNTR.dev is the consulting practice of Sylvain Goyette.
Sylvain brings more than two decades of technical and strategic experience to client work. As a Principal Software Development Engineer at Microsoft for over seventeen years, he worked on the Windows ecosystem across software performance, hardware integration, silicon partnerships and AI inference on new hardware, and led large programs spanning engineering teams and external partners.
His background is in computer engineering, with published research and patented work. The through-line is the same at every scale: find the real constraint, make it measurable, then remove it.
WNTR.dev applies that experience to growing businesses that need dependable IT, software that fits how they work, and processes that scale without adding headcount. Engagements are delivered directly, in French or English.
